How do we connect our differences and move forward as one team? 

Each year-end, the LOTTE Group hosts a Diversity Prom, celebrating the growing diversity of it's affliates worldwide and sharing ideas through various guest speakers. 

This year, Nathalie Scott (Global Marketing Team) represented LOTTE Biologics in a panel discussion titled "Real-Time Global Talk," where she shared insights around overcoming differences and leveraging cultural diversity for mutual growth.
