LOTTE BIOLOGICS Held a Founding Anniversary Event and Compliance Pledge Ceremony on June 4 in Celebration of its 3rd Anniversary
Strengthening its Commitment to Ethical Management by Sharing the Proper Direction for Compliance Practices
 

LOTTE BIOLOGICS (CEO James Park) announced on June 5th that it held a founding anniversary event and a compliance pledge ceremony in celebration of the company’s 3rd anniversary, which falls on June 7.

The compliance pledge ceremony was organized to encourage all employees to uphold the company’s management principles and core values, to practice legal and ethical awareness, and to establish a transparent and fair corporate culture.

Employees recited and signed a compliance pledge that includes 14 key commitments, such as:

▲ Practicing the company’s management principles and core values
▲ Complying with laws, regulations, and the code of conduct
▲ Adhering to domestic and international anti-corruption laws
▲ Prohibiting improper solicitations and the exchange of money or valuables
▲ Maintaining dignity and fostering a healthy work environment

LOTTE BIOLOGICS plans to respond to increasing societal demands for compliance management, further advance its ESG and ethical management systems, and establish a fair and transparent corporate culture.

Meanwhile, LOTTE BIOLOGICS provides compliance-related training on employee conduct guidelines upon onboarding. Since January, the company has also been issuing a monthly compliance newsletter to all employees and offering case-based training to enhance understanding of relevant regulations and legal requirements.

A LOTTE BIOLOGICS representative stated, “This pledge ceremony served as an opportunity for all employees to once again recognize the importance of legal and ethical management,” and added, “We will continue to comply with relevant laws and internal regulations, foster a transparent and fair corporate culture, and grow into a trusted company through global-standard compliance management.”
