Since launching our first Employee Resource Group at the Syracuse campus-WISE (Women Inspiring Success & Excellence)- we've stayed focused on WISE's goal:

• Connecting colleagues through shared experiences
• Fostering learning, mentorship, and community

This month, WISE hosted a thoughtful, energizing session on Emotional Intelligence (EI). We explored the four pillars-Self-Awareness, Self-Management, Empathy, Relationship Management-and practiced being present, self-affirmation, emotional agility, and everyday empathy.

The discussion was genuine and practical, with takeaways we can use at work and in life. Thank you to everyone who came to learn, connect, and grow.
